Job Requirements
- 21 years of age
- proof of authorization/eligibility to work in the United States
- must obtain and maintain a valid Alcohol Awareness Card and Health Card
- prior customer service experience
- outgoing personality
- ability to communicate clearly in English
- strong interpersonal skills
- ability to work varied shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- physical ability to lift or carry 30 pounds unassisted
- ability to access all areas of the property and drive areas
- maintain composure under pressure
- ability to interact appropriately with guests, management, team members, and outside contacts
- ability to stand, walk, stretch, bend, and kneel for prolonged periods
- ability to work in a fast-paced and busy environment
- ability to work indoors with exposure to environmental factors like noise, dust, and cigarette smoke
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior customer service experience with food and beverage knowledge
- ability to communicate clearly and effectively in English both spoken and written
- strong interpersonal skills to engage effectively with guests and team members from diverse backgrounds
- outgoing personality with a passion for guest service
- bi-lingual abilities a plus
- ability to work varied shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- possession of valid Alcohol Awareness Card and Health Card or ability to obtain these as required
Job Duties
- Greet and welcome guests to the Concierge Lounge
- set up and clear up presentations including Continental Breakfast, Afternoon Tea, and Evening Cocktail service
- serve guests and clear tables
- ensure the Concierge Lounge is kept clean and organized by complying with hygiene regulations
- store food and beverages under proper conditions such as temperature control
- prioritize safety as an essential job function
- maintain consistent and regular attendance as an essential job function
- perform other related duties as assigned
