Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- 3+ months of experience in janitorial, custodial services, or housekeeping preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience
- knowledge of basic cleaning procedures and chemical safety
- ability to work independently and follow cleaning schedules
- strong attention to detail and time management skills

Job Qualifications
- Knowledge of basic cleaning procedures, chemical safety, and sanitation standards in a hospitality or public setting
- ability to work independently and efficiently, follow cleaning schedules, and respond quickly to cleanliness and guest needs
- experience in custodial, janitorial, or housekeeping roles preferred, especially within hotel or resort environment
- strong attention to detail and time management skills
- positive attitude with commitment to guest satisfaction
- ability to perform essential duties satisfactorily
- consistent attendance

Job Duties
- Clean, disinfect, and maintain all public areas including lobbies, hallways, restrooms, elevators, and entrances
- monitor and replenish supplies in public restrooms and guest-facing areas such as tissues, soap, and paper towels
- respond promptly to guest spills, trash, or cleanliness issues in high-traffic areas
- work closely with housekeeping team and other departments to support special requests or high-volume periods
- report maintenance needs, safety hazards, or damage in public areas to appropriate departments
- collect lost and found items and deliver to Housekeeping Management
- assist with light cleaning tasks in back-of-house or Team Member areas
- perform Pool Attendant duties during seasonal closures or based on hotel capacity
- participate in environmental, health, and safety responsibilities following established policies
- perform other duties as assigned
