Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in laundry or housekeeping preferred
- Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures
- Ability to work various shifts including holidays and weekends
- Physical ability to stand and walk for extended hours
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office
- Strong organizational skills

- Ability to perform each essential duty satisfactorily
- Knowledge of Company policies and procedures, including fire and safety regulations
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products
- Strong attention to detail
- Good communication skills
- Ability to conduct safety audits
- Ability to manage inventory
- Physical stamina to stand and walk for prolonged periods
Job Duties
- Oversees the Laundry Attendant's sorting and treating of dirty linens
- Ensures operating equipment is loaded and unloaded properly
- Ensures ironing/steaming/pressing is done properly
- Ensures items are sorted in correct manner
- Ensures a clean work area, equipment included
- Reports all equipment malfunctions to Housekeeping Supervisor
- Responsible for monthly inventory count
- Conducts safety audits of the hotel and ensures that all team members are following proper safety procedures
- Addresses all unsafe conditions
- Must be able to stand and walk for prolong periods of time (7+ hours)
- Always follow the Company Service Standards model
- Must be available for regularly scheduled work and be able to work a variety of hours, holidays, and weekends
- Other duties may be assigned at any time
