Job Requirements
- Valid state driver’s license with current address and acceptable driving record
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S.
- Ability to provide accurate information and respond professionally to customer problems or complaints
- Ability to read, write, add, and subtract US currency and comprehend instructions, emails, and memos
- Ability to follow instructions and adapt to changes, delays, and unexpected events
- Availability to work special shifts including 2nd, 3rd shifts and/or weekends
- Ability to work reliably on scheduled days, on time and in uniform
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid state driver’s license with acceptable driving record
- Ability to communicate clearly and provide excellent customer service
- Ability to read, write, add, and subtract US currency
- Ability to comprehend and follow written and verbal instructions
- Experience in parking or customer service roles preferred
- Ability to drive a manual transmission vehicle considered a plus
Job Duties
- Deliver on our promise by ensuring every moment matters for our clients by providing assistance when needed and communicating proactively
- Direct incoming customers to available parking spaces for a seamless parking experience
- Count vehicles on location throughout shift, as needed
- Write and issue violation warnings to tenants and visitors that violate garage policies
- Patrol transient and reserved parking levels as needed
- Provide assistance to customers that have forgotten where they parked their vehicle
- Be at work every scheduled day, on time and in uniform
- Control traffic at entrances and exits as needed
- Assist in the maintenance and repair of parking equipment and any general maintenance tasks as directed by the Facility Manager
- Report any known accidents, observed or suspected violations of Company policy, safety hazards or any unusual occurrence to the Facility Manager
- Communicate debris, water, oil spills and etc. to garage office
- Substitute for Valets when necessary, if authorized
- Have a thorough knowledge of all areas of the garage, major streets, landmarks, and freeways in the area of the garage to assist customers in a seamless transportation experience
- Assist Facility Manager with other duties as needed
