Job Duties
- Provide professional, courteous and efficient food and beverage service to guests
- Clean and set up tables in the dining outlet
- Serve water, bread and coffee to guests and greet them by name when possible
- Stack trays properly for efficient stewarding and ensure safety standards
- Complete closing duties including storing goods, cleaning equipment, and securing premises
- Set up, stock, and maintain work areas
- Inspect cleanliness and presentation of china, glass, and silverware prior to use
- Maintain cleanliness of work areas throughout the day following health and safety protocols
- Follow all company safety and security policies
- Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe conditions to management
- Maintain a clean and professional uniform and appearance
- Maintain confidentiality of proprietary information and protect company assets
- Welcome and acknowledge guests according to company standards
- Communicate using clear and professional language
- Answer telephones with appropriate etiquette
- Develop and maintain positive working relationships with colleagues
- Support team goals and respond appropriately to employee concerns
- Adhere to quality standards and expectations in service delivery
- Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by supervisors
- Stand, sit, or walk for extended periods during work shifts
- Move, lift, carry, push, pull and place objects up to 50 pounds without assistance
- Navigate uneven, slippery surfaces and stairs safely.
