Job Duties
- Greet customers warmly as they enter the facility and assist them with any inquiries or needs
- Operate washing machines, dryers, and other equipment according to company standards and procedures
- Monitor and maintain cleanliness and orderliness throughout the facility, including restrooms, seating areas, and laundry equipment
- Assist customers with using laundry equipment, including providing instructions and troubleshooting as needed
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently, including processing payments and providing change
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment for customers and staff
- Perform routine maintenance tasks on laundry equipment, such as cleaning lint traps and checking for any malfunctions
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and excellent customer service at all times
