Job Requirements
- Less than high school education or one month related experience
- valid state-issued driver’s license if driving company vehicle is required
- availability to work varied shifts including nights and weekends as needed
- ability to read and comprehend simple instructions
- ability to perform basic arithmetic operations
- maintain neat appearance and wear uniform
- physical capability to stand, walk, occasionally sit, climb, and lift up to 25 pounds
- punctuality and reliability
Job Qualifications

- ability to write simple communications
- ability to present information effectively in one-on-one situations
- basic math skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division with American money
- knowledge of garage layout and surrounding areas
- courteous and professional demeanor
- ability to follow company policies
Job Duties
- Direct incoming customers to available parking spaces
- count vehicles on location throughout shift as needed
- write and issue violation warnings to tenants and visitors who violate garage policies
- patrol transient and reserved parking levels on foot or motor carts
- provide assistance to customers who have forgotten their parking location
- be punctual and in uniform for every scheduled shift
- courteously assist customers and refer them to the Facility Manager when necessary
- control traffic at entrances and exits when needed
- assist in maintenance and repair of parking equipment as directed
- report accidents, policy violations, safety hazards, or unusual occurrences
- communicate debris, spills, or other hazards to garage office
- substitute for Valets if authorized
- have thorough knowledge of garage areas and major surrounding streets
- assist Facility Manager with other duties as required
