Job Requirements
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- must be able to lift, carry, push, pull, and/or move objects of 20 lbs
- must be able to read, write, and speak English
- must have good attendance habits
- must follow company attendance and absence policies
- must be able to cover shifts when necessary
- must adhere to dress code
- must carry out accurate redemptions

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior customer service experience preferred
- experience with POS systems is a plus
- ability to handle cash transactions accurately
- good communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- certification in food handling within 30 days of employment
Job Duties
- Adhere to dress code
- contact Lucky Lincoln for gaming equipment breakdowns
- report parlor issues to Lead Attendant or District Manager
- count drawer and verify funds before and after shifts
- verify and sign shift checklist daily
- place voucher numbers on tracking log
- read and follow policies and procedures
- carry out accurate redemptions
- ring all transactions through POS system
- ensure alcohol discounts comply with policy
- follow company attendance policies
- check and follow assigned schedule
- cover shifts as needed
- attend to customers’ snack and drink needs
- educate customers on games
- promote loyalty program and specials
- answer parlor phones
- contact terminal operators
- check customers’ state ID for age verification
- clean floors, bathrooms, gaming machines, chairs, waiting areas, windows, and empty trash
- maintain outside area free of trash
- check product expiration dates
- rotate stock
- restock inventory
- obtain Food Handler and Bassett Certification
- participate in customer service training
- lift and move objects up to 20 lbs
- communicate effectively in English
