Job Requirements
- High school completion or an equivalent level of education and experience
- Ability to thrive in a multi-tasking, fast paced working environment
- Basic knowledge of food and beverage preparations, service standards, guest relations, and etiquette
- Regular attendance in conformance with Windsor Capital Group standards
- Compliance with Windsor Capital Group rules and regulations
- Ability to perform physical duties such as lifting, bending, stooping, walking, pushing, or pulling
- Must maintain a professional appearance and wear a uniform with identification badge

Job Duties
- Meet and greet guests as they arrive
- Recompute or compute bill, itemized lists, and tickets showing amount due, using adding machine or cash register
- Make change, cash checks, and issue receipts to customers
- Record amounts received and prepare reports of transactions
- Read and record totals shown on cash register tape and verify against cash on hand
- Read, maintain and make daily entries in the logbook to coordinate communication between shifts and management
- Adhere to the core values, mission statement, service fundamentals, and guest service philosophy as defined by the company
- Perform all other duties as assigned by a manager or supervisor
