Job Requirements

  • High school completion or an equivalent level of education and experience
  • Ability to thrive in a multi-tasking, fast paced working environment
  • Basic knowledge of food and beverage preparations, service standards, guest relations, and etiquette
  • Regular attendance in conformance with Windsor Capital Group standards
  • Compliance with Windsor Capital Group rules and regulations
  • Ability to perform physical duties such as lifting, bending, stooping, walking, pushing, or pulling
  • Must maintain a professional appearance and wear a uniform with identification badge

Job Duties

  • Meet and greet guests as they arrive
  • Recompute or compute bill, itemized lists, and tickets showing amount due, using adding machine or cash register
  • Make change, cash checks, and issue receipts to customers
  • Record amounts received and prepare reports of transactions
  • Read and record totals shown on cash register tape and verify against cash on hand
  • Read, maintain and make daily entries in the logbook to coordinate communication between shifts and management
  • Adhere to the core values, mission statement, service fundamentals, and guest service philosophy as defined by the company
  • Perform all other duties as assigned by a manager or supervisor
