Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • 2-5 years of technical service, electronics, or ATM repair experience
  • strong troubleshooting and time management skills
  • valid drivers license and a clean driving record
  • physical ability to lift/move up to 50 lbs regularly and up to 100 lbs occasionally

  • strong troubleshooting and time management skills
  • excellent customer service mindset
  • willingness to train on advanced systems, including security equipment
  • NCR certification a plus but not required
  • valid drivers license and a clean driving record
  • physical ability to lift/move up to 50 lbs regularly and up to 100 lbs occasionally

Job Duties

  • Install and maintain ATM products from multiple manufacturers
  • troubleshoot and repair mechanical/electronic ATM components
  • perform software reloads, preventative maintenance, and cleanings
  • coordinate and prioritize daily service calls
  • communicate effectively with customers and internal teams
  • keep detailed service reports and documentation
  • maintain spare parts inventory
  • occasionally handle ATM cash access situations under strict protocols
  • support fellow technicians and learn new systems, including security hardware
