Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- 2-5 years of technical service, electronics, or ATM repair experience
- strong troubleshooting and time management skills
- valid drivers license and a clean driving record
- physical ability to lift/move up to 50 lbs regularly and up to 100 lbs occasionally

- excellent customer service mindset
- willingness to train on advanced systems, including security equipment
- NCR certification a plus but not required
- valid drivers license and a clean driving record
- physical ability to lift/move up to 50 lbs regularly and up to 100 lbs occasionally
Job Duties
- Install and maintain ATM products from multiple manufacturers
- troubleshoot and repair mechanical/electronic ATM components
- perform software reloads, preventative maintenance, and cleanings
- coordinate and prioritize daily service calls
- communicate effectively with customers and internal teams
- keep detailed service reports and documentation
- maintain spare parts inventory
- occasionally handle ATM cash access situations under strict protocols
- support fellow technicians and learn new systems, including security hardware
