Job Requirements
- high school diploma
- ability to follow instructions and work under supervision
- physical capability to assist with setting up and dismantling event facilities
- flexible availability to work during event times including evenings and weekends
- willingness to undergo background check
- residency in Ohio for work performed at the university
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent
- experience in event coordination or related fields preferred
- strong organizational skills
- ability to work under supervision and as part of a team
- good communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to handle physical tasks related to event setup and breakdown
Job Duties
- assist with planning the layout of the room
- assist with planning the entertainment
- organize facilities and amenities
- usher guests during events
- assist with parking arrangements
- dismantle setups after events
- perform other event-related duties as directed by supervisor
