- ability to work flexible and varying shifts including evenings, weekends and holidays
- physical ability to assist with setup and teardown tasks
- excellent communication skills
- proactive attitude and ability to work independently
- must be able to interact professionally with diverse groups including clients, staff and visitors
Job Qualifications
- currently enrolled as a student in a relevant field such as event management, sports administration, hospitality or related areas
- strong interpersonal and communication skills

- ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- basic knowledge of event operations is preferred
Job Duties
- preparing event notes
- gathering equipment needed such as radios, signage, credentials
- greeting clients, visiting teams, officials and event staff
- assisting with hospitality needs by working with catering and concessionaire partners
- communicating with other departments such as Facility Operations, Marketing, Communications, AV Services, Live Events
- assisting with event set-up and tear-down including signage placement, movement of tables, chairs, tents, traffic equipment and event-specific items
- responsible for onsite coordination of athletic and special event staff including redcoats, ushers, ball kids, officials, parking staff
