Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid driver's license
- Basic knowledge of various sports including baseball, basketball, cheerleading, football, kickball, and softball
- Availability to work at least 3 days a week and 2 weekends a month
Job Qualifications

- Basic knowledge of various sports including baseball, basketball, cheerleading, football, kickball, and softball
- Availability to work at least 3 days a week and 2 weekends a month
- Experience in athletic programming such as keeping a scorebook and operating a scoreboard preferred
- Knowledge of Greensboro Parks and Recreation principles preferred
- CPR/AED and First Aid certification preferred
- Strong ability to complete tasks with minimal supervision preferred
Job Duties
- Enforcing athletic policies and procedures at various facilities and events
- Preparing and setting up fields and facilities for programs
- Monitoring participant eligibility and maintaining accurate game records such as scoring, time-outs, fouls, game times
- Ensuring safety by managing crowd control, responding to emergencies, and maintaining clean and secure facilities
- Communicating maintenance or security concerns to supervisors
- Opening and closing facilities and conducting regular site checks during activities
