Job Duties
- Distribute daily use and monthly locker rentals
- Make reservations for tennis courts, gymnasium and Kids' Cabin
- Welcome Club Members, guests and employees with a professional and friendly demeanor
- Ensure front desk products, information, scheduling, and operations meet high quality standards
- Act as intermediary between membership and athletic club staff
- Assist communication between all areas of the Athletic Club and property departments
- Maintain knowledge of retail products and services offered in the athletic club
- Assist Athletic Club Supervisor and leadership team in administrative duties
- Provide excellent customer service to Members and Guests
- Maintain knowledge of Special Events, Aquatics, Tennis, Golf and Fitness schedules
- Communicate effectively with Club Members, guests, managers and staff
- Answer phones with proper etiquette and distribute calls
- Assist other departments with tasks such as forwarding information and office supply requests
- Communicate Member complaints to Supervisor
- Charge appropriate Club guest fees
- Show Spa guests to locker rooms and amenities
- Keep Front Desk and Lobby areas clean and tidy
- Attend Front Desk meetings when scheduled
- Understand all Club amenities
- Perform other supervised tasks
