Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- administrative experience required
- proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Excel, Outlook, and Word
- ability to operate office equipment such as photocopiers and fax machines
- excellent verbal communication skills
- strong customer service orientation

- capable of multitasking in a dynamic environment
- ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- availability to work flexible shifts

Job Duties
- distribute daily use and monthly locker rentals
- make reservations for tennis courts, gymnasium and Kids' Cabin
- effectively and enthusiastically welcome Club Members, guests and employees into the athletic club with a professional and friendly demeanor
- ensure that all products, information, scheduling, and operations of the front desk meet a specific and high quality standard
- be an intermediary between membership and athletic club staff
- assist communication between all areas of the Athletic Club as well as all departments throughout property
- knowledge of retail products and services offered in the athletic club
- assist Athletic Club Supervisor and leadership team in administrative duties
