Job Requirements

Must be actively enrolled at the university
Must have a valid U.S. Driver's License
Must be at least 18 years of age
Able to work flexible part-time hours including some evenings and weekends
Immersed in student life with an understanding of the collegiate landscape and local city
Connected with a diverse range of influential groups and individuals on campus
Access to own housing and transportation to from events

Job Qualifications

Strong knowledge of Athletes First's programming, talent, and brand initiatives
Ability to maintain a professional demeanor when interfacing with talent and executives
Ability to work in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment
Ability to work well on teams and collaborative efforts
Self-starter attitude and proactive nature
Preferred studies in marketing, communications, sports management, public relations, or journalism
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite

Job Duties

Plan, organize, and execute on-campus events maximizing student and fan interaction
Actively promote events on campus to student organizations, clubs, sports teams, fraternities, and sororities
Provide creative insight on event planning tailored to the campus culture
Collaborate closely with the Vice President of Events and Athletes First team
Serve as the primary on-campus representative for the Athletes First Tailgate Tour
Drive excitement and brand awareness for Athletes First's experiential and content activations
Manage communications and coordinate logistics for tailgate events
