Job Requirements

  • Must be actively enrolled at the university
  • Must have a valid U.S. Driver's License
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Able to work flexible part-time hours including some evenings and weekends
  • Immersed in student life with an understanding of the collegiate landscape and local city
  • Connected with a diverse range of influential groups and individuals on campus
  • Access to own housing and transportation to from events

Job Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge of Athletes First's programming, talent, and brand initiatives
  • Ability to maintain a professional demeanor when interfacing with talent and executives
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment
  • Ability to work well on teams and collaborative efforts
  • Self-starter attitude and proactive nature
  • Preferred studies in marketing, communications, sports management, public relations, or journalism
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite

Job Duties

  • Plan, organize, and execute on-campus events maximizing student and fan interaction
  • Actively promote events on campus to student organizations, clubs, sports teams, fraternities, and sororities
  • Provide creative insight on event planning tailored to the campus culture
  • Collaborate closely with the Vice President of Events and Athletes First team
  • Serve as the primary on-campus representative for the Athletes First Tailgate Tour
  • Drive excitement and brand awareness for Athletes First's experiential and content activations
  • Manage communications and coordinate logistics for tailgate events
