Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- Certified Professional Controller certification
- minimum five years recent live air traffic control or FAA instructional experience
- us citizenship
- ability to obtain Public Trust clearance
- must be available for full-time day shift work
Job Qualifications
- us citizenship with ability to obtain and maintain Public Trust clearance
- minimum five years recent Certified Professional Controller experience controlling live traffic or instructing FAA personnel
- knowledge of radar and non-radar simulation laboratory operations
- strong teaching and classroom management skills
- familiarity with current ATC automation and simulation technologies
- ability to mentor and guide students
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Job Duties
- deliver high-quality classroom and simulation laboratory training
- oversee and direct contractor instructional personnel
- mentor students and Remote Pilot Operators
- participate in curriculum design and development
- interface effectively with FAA personnel
- ensure training services meet local and FAA mission needs
- maintain technical proficiency with ATC automation and simulation systems
