Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- At least one year experience as an Air Traffic Control pseudo pilot or an Associate Degree or higher from an FAA Air Traffic-Collegiate Training Initiative school
- Ability to follow lesson plan material
- Ability to speak clearly in a classroom lecture environment
- Ability to work in a team teaching environment
- Ability to work with IT professionals in troubleshooting ATC simulation equipment
Job Qualifications

- Familiarity with Adacel MaxSim Tower and Radar simulation
- Prior experience as a pseudo pilot at FAA Academy or AT-CTI school
- Familiarity with ATC simulation equipment from an operational perspective
Job Duties
- Serve as a pseudo pilot in ATC Simulation Labs
- Assist in classroom instruction and student briefings
- Operate and maintain Adacel MaxSim Tower and Radar simulation equipment
- Collaborate with IT professionals to troubleshoot simulation technology
- Support special department events and tours
- Follow detailed lesson plans for lab and classroom activities
- Participate in team teaching and training sessions
