Job Requirements
- Two or more years of management experience in retail and or wireless retail sales is a must-have
- Two year or more of higher education
- Bilingual in Spanish and English preferred
- Ability to lift, push or pull up to 50 lbs
- Proven track record of employee development and sales goal attainment
- Strong communications, mathematics and computer use skills
- Availability to support retail hours including nights, weekends and holidays
- The ability to inspire your team and a passion for delivering incredible customer experience

Job Duties
- Inspire your store associates to deliver the best customer experience imaginable by leading them in a positive and professional manner
- Develop your team of superstars so they can deliver exceptional results for the customers and themselves
- Drive sales and productivity goals by managing to the sales process, by executing sales and promotional plans, and by community outreach and promotional events
- Ensure store appearance guidelines and operational effectiveness of your Diversity Wireless location
- Complete other tasks and duties typically expected of a Wireless Retail Store Manager
