Job Duties
- Test communication devices such as walkie-talkies and radios
- place requested items in guest rooms including rollaway beds and refrigerators
- deliver additional towels, bathrobes, and other articles to guest rooms
- provide guests with complimentary toiletries like toothpaste, razors, and shampoo
- deliver items including food, messages, correspondence, faxes, packages, flowers, gifts, and various goods to guest rooms
- adhere to company security policies and report safety hazards
- maintain professional appearance and uphold confidentiality
- support team members and contribute to achieving common goals
