Job Duties
- greet teammates and customers with warmth and professionalism
- support Buy Online Pickup In Store (BOPS) activities efficiently
- handle merchandise returns and order pickups accurately
- maintain a clean, organized, and inviting service area
- promote Macy's loyalty program and assist with credit account openings
- achieve daily sales goals and contribute to team success
- collaborate with colleagues to ensure excellent customer service and store operations
