Job Requirements

Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Support all At Your Service activities including Buy Online Pickup In Store (BOPS), merchandise returns, order pickups, and assigned tasks
- uphold Macy's service standards
- greet customers with warmth and engage in friendly conversations to build relationships
- manage transactions efficiently and proficiently using all required systems
- maintain an organized, clean, and inviting pick-up and return area
- assist customers throughout the total store fulfillment process
- achieve daily sales goals and share loyalty program benefits
- collaborate with team members to improve customer service and store results
- contribute to maintaining a shoppable space by recovering merchandise and assisting with curbside delivery
- consistently finish shifts by ensuring customers' needs are met and thanking them sincerely
