Job Requirements

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous retail or customer service experience is an asset
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to use point-of-sale systems
- Positive attitude and customer-first orientation
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
Job Duties
- Greet customers warmly and provide genuine hospitality
- Assist with Buy Online Pickup In Store (BOPS) orders, merchandise returns, and order pickups
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the At Your Service area
- Use all necessary systems proficiently to complete transactions
- Promote and explain Macy's Loyalty program benefits
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily sales goals
- Ensure a friction-free customer pickup experience by managing pickup areas effectively
