Job Requirements
- flexible availability including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- dependable attendance and punctuality

- comfortable working with electronic devices and cash registers
- physical ability to stand for extended periods, lift at least 25 pounds, stoop, kneel, crouch, and reach

Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous retail or customer service experience is a plus
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- proficiency with electronic devices and point-of-sale systems
- demonstrated ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- customer-first attitude with problem-solving abilities
- ability to work collaboratively within a team
Job Duties
- Greet customers with warmth and genuine hospitality
- assist customers with Buy Online Pickup In Store (BOPS), merchandise returns, and order pickups
- maintain a clean, organized, and inviting At Your Service area
- use systems proficiently to complete transactions and support store fulfillment
- share loyalty program benefits and open credit accounts to meet sales goals
- collaborate with teammates to deliver excellent customer service
- recover merchandise and ensure timely curbside delivery of orders
