Job Requirements
- Flexible availability including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays

- Physical ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 25 lbs, stoop, kneel, crouch, and climb ladders
- Visual abilities including close vision, color vision, and depth perception
- Frequent use of computers and handheld equipment
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Experience in retail customer service or related field is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with electronic devices and retail transaction systems
- Customer-first mindset with problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
Job Duties
- Greet customers with genuine hospitality and build lasting relationships
- Support Buy Online Pickup In Store (BOPS) order processing and ensure organized collection areas
- Assist customers with merchandise returns and order pickups
- Maintain a clean and shoppable service area
- Share Macy's Loyalty program benefits and assist with credit account openings
- Achieve daily sales goals and contribute to store performance
- Collaborate with team members to provide excellent customer service
