Job Requirements
- Flexible availability including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays

Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Greet customers with genuine hospitality and engage in friendly conversations
- Support Buy Online Pickup In Store (BOPS) activities including order pickups and curbside delivery
- Process merchandise returns and transactions efficiently
- Maintain clean, organized, and inviting service and pickup areas
- Share loyalty program benefits and promote credit accounts
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales goals and store results
- Ensure compliance with Macy's service standards and safety policies
