Job Requirements

Job Duties
- Greet customers with genuine hospitality and build lasting relationships
- Assist customers with Buy Online Pickup In Store (BOPS), merchandise returns, and order pickups
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting At Your Service area
- Use systems proficiently to complete transactions and provide a friction-free pickup experience
- Share sales goals, promote loyalty program benefits, and engage customers confidently
- Support teammates with honesty, care, and collaboration to enhance customer service
- Achieve sales goals and continually strive for excellence and improvement
