Job Duties
- Support all At Your Service activities including Buy Online Pickup In Store (BOPS), merchandise returns, and order pickups
- Welcome customers with genuine hospitality and engage in personal conversations
- Assist customers in total store fulfillment and be proficient in transaction systems
- Maintain a clean and organized pickup and return area
- Ensure timely completion and curbside delivery of BOPS orders
- Share Loyalty program benefits and promote customer engagement
- Collaborate with team members to support store goals and customer satisfaction
