Job Duties
- Greet customers warmly and provide genuine hospitality
- Assist customers with Buy Online Pickup In Store (BOPS) transactions and merchandise returns
- Maintain organized, clean, and inviting service and pickup areas
- Process transactions accurately using necessary systems and handheld devices
- Promote and explain Macy's Loyalty program benefits to customers
- Achieve daily sales goals and assist in opening credit accounts
- Collaborate with team members to support overall store objectives and customer satisfaction
