Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- greet customers warmly and with genuine hospitality
- assist customers with Buy Online Pickup In Store (BOPS) orders and merchandise returns
- maintain a clean and organized At Your Service area
- complete transactions efficiently using store systems
- support team members and contribute to a positive work environment
- promote Macy's Loyalty program and open new credit accounts
- meet daily sales goals and help create memorable customer experiences
