Job Duties
- greet customers warmly and assist them with buy online pickup in store (BOPS), merchandise returns, and order pickups
- maintain clean, organized, and inviting service areas for customers
- operate necessary systems proficiently to complete transactions and fulfill orders
- promote loyalty program benefits and support sales goals by engaging customers
- collaborate with team members to provide exceptional customer service and support
- handle curbside delivery and timely processing of orders
- uphold Macy's service standards and contribute to a positive shopping environment
