Job Requirements
- No education or experience required
- Ability to stand for at least two consecutive hours
- Ability to lift at least 30 pounds
- Ability to stoop, kneel, crouch, and climb ladders
- Ability to reach above eye level
- Ability to read and understand employment policies and safety rules in English
- Flexible availability including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to understand and communicate effectively with customers, co-workers, and supervisors

- Flexibility to work various shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties
- Greet and connect with customers in a friendly and genuine way
- Recommend product by asking questions to identify customer needs and inspiring purchases
- Offer options and solutions to customers to complete the sale
- Wrap up the moment to close out the customer's shopping journey
- Assist customers with devices to shop and compare
- Assist with Buy Online Pickup in Store transactions and ensure organized collection area
- Monitor alerts to complete BOPS orders on time, including curbside delivery
- Demonstrate knowledge of store products and services
- Sell gift cards and resolve Macy's card issues
- Follow store audit policies and procedures
- Adhere to asset protection and inventory control procedures
- Foster an environment of acceptance and respect
