Job Requirements

Job Duties
- greet customers warmly and provide personalized service
- assist customers with Buy Online Pickup In Store (BOPS) transactions and merchandise returns
- maintain clean and organized pickup and return areas
- promote Macy's loyalty program and assist customers with credit account openings
- meet daily sales goals and collaborate with team members
- handle cash register and electronic devices efficiently
- support team members and contribute to a positive work environment
