Job Requirements
- Flexible availability including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties
- Greet customers warmly with genuine hospitality
- Assist customers with Buy Online Pickup In Store (BOPS) orders and merchandise returns
- Maintain an organized, clean, and inviting At Your Service area
- Support total store fulfillment including curbside delivery of orders
- Share loyalty program benefits and assist with opening credit accounts
- Achieve daily sales goals and contribute to team success
- Collaborate with teammates to uphold Macy's service standards
