Job Requirements
- flexible availability including days, evenings, weekends and holidays

- able to see closely, including color vision and depth perception
- frequent use of computers and other technology necessary to perform job functions
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent
- experience in customer service or retail preferred
- strong multitasking and problem-solving abilities
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- comfortable using electronic devices and point-of-sale systems
- ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- team-oriented mindset and ability to collaborate effectively
Job Duties
- support all At Your Service activities including Buy Online Pickup In Store (BOPS), merchandise returns, and order pickups
- uphold Macy’s service standards by delivering personalized shopping experiences
- greet customers with genuine hospitality and engage in personal conversations
- maintain a clean, organized, and inviting shopping environment
- be proficient in transactional systems to complete orders and pickups
- ensure timely completion and curbside delivery of BOPS orders
- promote Macy’s Loyalty program and share its benefits with customers
