Job Duties
- greet customers warmly and provide genuine hospitality
- assist customers with Buy Online Pickup In Store (BOPS) services and merchandise returns
- ensure transaction accuracy and proficiency with point-of-sale systems
- maintain a clean, organized, and inviting service area
- support team members and collaborate to meet sales goals
- promote Macy's Loyalty program and open credit accounts
- ensure timely processing and delivery of online orders
