Job Requirements
- Flexible availability including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Regular, dependable attendance and punctuality
- Ability to communicate effectively in English
- Understand employment policies and safety rules
- Ability to make prompt decisions to resolve customer issues
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
- Ability to handle electronic devices and cash register
- Physical ability to stand for long periods, lift at least 25lbs, stoop, kneel, crouch, and climb ladders
- Good close vision and ability to adjust focus
- Experience or willingness to meet daily sales goals
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Experience in retail customer service or related field is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and solve problems effectively
- Comfortable with technology and using electronic devices
- Customer-focused mindset with a passion for sales and hospitality
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
Job Duties
- Greet customers with genuine hospitality and build lasting relationships
- Assist customers with Buy Online Pickup In Store (BOPS) orders and merchandise returns
- Maintain organized and clean At Your Service areas to ensure a positive customer experience
- Complete transactions efficiently using all required systems
- Promote and share Macy's Loyalty program benefits with customers
- Collaborate with team members to support store goals and provide excellent service
- Keep the shopping space clean and ensure timely order fulfillment including curbside delivery
