- flexible availability including days, evenings, weekends and holidays
- strong attendance and punctuality
- ability to understand and communicate effectively in English
- capability to make prompt decisions to resolve customer issues

- willingness to promote credit accounts and loyalty programs

Job Duties
- greet customers warmly and provide genuine hospitality
- support At Your Service activities including Buy Online Pickup In Store, merchandise returns and order pickups
- maintain organized and clean pickup and return areas
- assist customers efficiently using store systems and technology
- recover merchandise and ensure shopping space is tidy and inviting
- share loyalty program benefits with customers and encourage engagement
- collaborate with team members to meet sales goals and support store operations
