Job Duties
- Greet customers with genuine hospitality and personal conversation
- Assist customers with Buy Online Pickup In Store (BOPS) orders and merchandise returns
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting service area
- Operate register and complete transactions efficiently
- Promote Macy's Loyalty program and open credit accounts
- Collaborate with teammates to support overall store success
- Manage curbside delivery and ensure timely order fulfillment
