Job Duties
- greet customers with genuine hospitality and engage in personal conversations
- assist customers with online order pickups and merchandise returns
- proficiently use systems to complete transactions
- maintain a clean and organized At Your Service area
- recover merchandise and keep pickup and return areas tidy
- ensure timely completion and curbside delivery of BOPS orders
- promote loyalty program benefits and encourage customer sign-ups
