Job Requirements

Job Duties
- Greet customers with genuine hospitality and engage in personal conversations
- Assist customers with Buy Online Pickup In Store (BOPS) transactions and merchandise returns
- Ensure the At Your Service area is clean, organized, and ready for customers
- Maintain a shoppable space by recovering merchandise and completing BOPS order deliveries
- Share Macy's loyalty program benefits and encourage new credit account sign-ups
- Collaborate with team members to support overall store goals
- Use technology such as cash registers and handheld devices to process transactions
