Job Requirements
- Flexible availability including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Must have reliable attendance and punctuality
- Ability to understand and communicate effectively with customers and team members
- Capable of reading and following employment policies and safety procedures in English
- Ability to make prompt decisions to resolve customer issues
- Comfortable using electronic devices and handling register transactions
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods, lift at least 25 pounds, kneel, stoop, and reach above eye level
- Must have depth perception, color vision, and focus adjustment
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication skills in English
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient with electronic devices and register systems
- Ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Demonstrated teamwork and customer service orientation
Job Duties
- Greet customers warmly and engage in personal conversations to build relationships
- Assist customers with Buy Online Pickup In Store (BOPS) including order pickups and returns
- Maintain an organized, clean, and inviting At Your Service area
- Use all necessary systems proficiently to complete transactions
- Ensure timely processing and curbside delivery of BOPS orders
- Promote Macy's Loyalty program and open credit accounts
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and maintain store standards
