Job Duties
- Greet customers warmly and provide personalized service
- assist with Buy Online Pickup In Store (BOPS) transactions
- process merchandise returns and order pickups efficiently
- maintain a clean, organized, and inviting service area
- meet daily sales goals and promote Macy's loyalty program
- collaborate with team members to support store operations
- ensure timely curbside delivery of BOPS orders
