Job Requirements
- Flexible availability including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Dependable attendance and punctuality
- Ability to understand and communicate effectively in English

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in customer service or retail preferred
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members
- Comfortable using electronic devices and point-of-sale systems
- Strong interpersonal skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor
- Ability to multitask and adapt to shifting priorities
- Demonstrated ability to meet sales goals and contribute to team success
Job Duties
- Support all At Your Service activities including Buy Online Pickup In Store (BOPS), merchandise returns, and order pickups
- Greet customers with warmth and build personal connections
- Maintain the At Your Service area clean, organized, and ready for customers
- Use systems proficiently to complete transactions and support total store fulfillment
- Recover merchandise and keep pickup and return areas tidy
- Share Loyalty program benefits and encourage customer participation
- Collaborate with team members to support colleagues and achieve store goals
