Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Greet customers with genuine hospitality and assist with Buy Online Pickup In Store (BOPS) transactions
- manage merchandise returns and ensure timely order pickups
- maintain cleanliness and organization in the At Your Service areas
- share Macy’s Loyalty program benefits and encourage customer engagement
- support teammates with collaboration and honest communication
- achieve daily sales goals and contribute to store results
- provide a positive and efficient shopping experience for all customers
