Job Requirements
- Flexible availability including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Dependable attendance and punctuality
- Ability to communicate effectively in English
- Capability to make prompt decisions to resolve customer issues
- Ability to meet daily sales goals
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
- Ability to handle electronic devices and perform register transactions
- Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 pounds
- Able to perform tasks that require stooping, kneeling, and reaching
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
- Comfortable using technology and point-of-sale systems
- Customer-focused attitude with problem-solving skills
- Willingness to work flexible shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Job Duties
- Greet customers with genuine hospitality and make personal connections
- Assist customers with Buy Online Pickup In Store (BOPS) orders and merchandise returns
- Maintain organized and clean pickup and return areas
- Complete transactions accurately using necessary systems and technology
- Share loyalty program benefits and promote credit account opportunities
- Help keep the shopping space inviting and recover merchandise
- Collaborate with team members to support store goals and provide excellent customer service
