Job Requirements
- Flexible availability including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Regular, dependable attendance and punctuality
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers, co-workers, and supervisors
- Ability to read and understand employment policies and safety procedures in English

- Comfortable using electronic devices and performing register transactions

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with electronic devices and point-of-sale systems
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Demonstrated teamwork and collaboration skills
Job Duties
- Greet customers warmly and assist with Buy Online Pickup In Store (BOPS) transactions
- Process merchandise returns accurately and efficiently
- Maintain an organized and clean At Your Service area
- Engage customers with personal conversations to build lasting relationships
- Promote Macy's Loyalty program and encourage new customer sign-ups
- Ensure timely and accurate completion of curbside deliveries
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily sales goals and provide outstanding service
