Job Duties
- Greet customers with genuine hospitality and personal engagement
- Assist customers with Buy Online Pickup In Store (BOPS), merchandise returns, and order pickups
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting service area
- Operate electronic devices and transaction systems efficiently
- Promote Macy's loyalty program and open credit accounts
- Collaborate effectively with team members to meet sales goals
- Ensure timely curbside delivery and completion of orders
