Job Requirements

- Frequent use of computers, handheld equipment, and cash registers
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous retail or customer service experience advantageous but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer skills and comfort using electronic devices
- Customer-focused mindset with problem-solving abilities
- Flexibility to work various shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
Job Duties
- Greet customers warmly and provide genuine hospitality
- Assist customers with Buy Online Pickup In Store (BOPS) transactions and merchandise returns
- Maintain clean, organized, and inviting service areas
- Achieve daily sales goals and educate customers about Macy's Loyalty program
- Collaborate with team members to support a positive work environment
- Handle electronic devices and register transactions efficiently
- Complete tasks such as curbside delivery and merchandise recovery
