Job Duties
- Greet customers warmly and provide genuine hospitality
- Assist customers with Buy Online Pickup In Store (BOPS) orders efficiently
- Process merchandise returns and order pickups accurately
- Maintain an organized and clean At Your Service area
- Achieve daily sales goals and promote Macy's loyalty programs
- Support team members with collaboration and communication
- Keep the shopping environment inviting and customer-friendly
